After we ate we walked over to Green Valley Ranch park and listened to a concert on the grass and then saw a beautiful display of fireworks. After the fireworks we walked back to Jody's. Just as we started back, the thunder, lightning and hail started and by the time we got back we were all "Wet Rats"! We laughed all the way back. What a great time we had. We had lunch in Breckenridge and even picked up a few large rocks for our backyard. This was actually our 3rd month anniversary so the day was very special. What is going on with me??? I am 60 years old and I feel like I am 20..... I wanted him to visit an Independent living complex in Aurora, but I also wanted him to meet Tom. I think the meeting was a success! They both seemed to get along fine infact I think we all had a good time with him here... I love him very much!<br /><br />P.S. When it was time to eat, Tom went to the car to retrieve our picnic basket. I told the ranger at the zoo gate..."When the man in the navy shorts comes back thru the gate tell him he is the zoo's 1,000,000 customer and that he must have his picture taken in front of the zoo sign with a beautiful woman! All went well and I think Tom actually believed the Ranger but he kept pretending to look for the "Beautiful Woman" even though I was standing right underneath the sign!!!
